Our monthly retainers start at $2,000/mo. That covers a monthly shoot, social media management, light community management and ongoing strategy. The exact figure depends on how many channels you run and how much video is in the mix. If you're not ready for a monthly commitment, our Credibility Clips package is a lower-cost way to start: 6 videos for $1,200 +GST, 10 for $2,000, or 12 for $2,400 if you book by 30 September.

What's actually included in a monthly retainer?

A monthly content shoot for video and photography, social media management across your main channels, captions and copywriting, light community management (keeping on top of comments and messages), and a rolling strategy we review as the numbers come in. It's built to run without you project-managing it. You approve, we produce and post. We shape the mix around your business, so a law firm's retainer looks different to a soccer club's.

Who do you work with, and who don't you work with?

We work with professional-services businesses, member associations, and community soccer and football clubs. These are people who need trust and consistency, not viral one-offs. We're not the right call if you want the cheapest possible posting service, if you can't commit to being in front of a camera occasionally, or if you want daily filler with no strategy behind it. We'd rather tell you that up front.

Where are you based, and do I have to come to you?

Do you just make content, or is there a strategy behind it?

Both, and the strategy comes first. Content without a plan is just noise, so strategy sits underneath everything we produce. If you want strategy on its own, we offer it as a standalone: $1,500 to build the initial strategy, then $1,000 per quarter to keep it current. Most clients fold strategy into their retainer so it stays live rather than becoming another document nobody opens.

I'm not ready for a monthly retainer. Where do I start?

Start with Credibility Clips. You come into the Essendon studio, we shoot a batch of short videos in one sitting, and you walk away with a library of content to publish over the following months. It's the lowest-commitment way to see how we work. Plenty of clients start there and move onto a retainer once they see the footage land.
